Introducing the Eco Friendly Reformer Mat. This Mat is a 2-in-1 Rubber Mat Base with an Advanced Grip Towel Top.
The base layer is crafted from natural tree rubber (100% PVC free) and is bonded to a recycled PET microfibre towel top. The inks are water based and the mats are totally free of silicone, toxic glue and phthalates.

Our resistance bands come in packs of 4 X including light, moderate, heavy and extra heavy resistance. They are the perfect addition to your at home workout! We suggest starting with light- moderate for arms and moderate- heavy for legs! They are Pink as per picture and vary slightly in their shade depending on their resistance!

Foam Rollers can be used for self Myofascial Release. You can position yourself on the Foam Roller and have it apply pressure to specific points on your body to create massage.
