Lauren has always had an interest in how the body moves and how exercise can be utilised to for not only physical health but to improve quality of life and increase happiness. This interest led her to a love of pilates, strength training and stretch. Lauren recently completed her mat pilates training and joined the team.

Lauren loves seeing people use pilates and exercise to increase their mobility, strength and overall functioning. She enjoys being able to work with people from a range of backgrounds with different levels of experience and strength. She loves seeing clients challenging themselves and discovering what their bodies are capable of. She also utilises a range of equipment in her classes to keep them unique and challenging.

Lauren’s classes will give you a whole body workout and build you strength. By incorporating traditional pilates exercises, cardio and stretching in her classes she’ll have you sweaty, shaky and relaxed at the same time!
