Low Impact

This is our beginner Reformer class. This class is specifically designed to help feel your body move correctly! We focus on correct muscle activation techniques, stretching and posture realignment. This class will help you build strength, flexibility and balance. All levels welcome to this class. We suggest coming to this class first if you haven't been to the depot before!

Reformer 1

Our Reformer 1 classes are a step up from our Low Impact. They are an intermediate level class specifically designed for anyone wanting to build strength and muscular endurance. Our Reformer 1 classes combine the principles of traditional pilates with a more dynamic approach. We welcome beginners into this class who don't have any movement limitations or injuries. Learn the basics of Pilates in a challenging environment.

 

Please attend low impact or privates if you are injured or have any specific movement limitations.

Reformer 2

Our Reformer 2 classes are a level up from our Reformer 1. They are an intermediate- advanced level class specifically designed for anyone wanting to take that next step. We incorporate intermediate-advanced pilates exercises into these classes which will challenge your strength, coordination and balance. Our Reformer 2 classes push the boundaries of the traditional pilates principles and create a more dynamic flowing approach which will get your HR up! We require you to have participated in at least Reformer 1 classes before attending our Reformer 2.

Mixed Reformer

Our mixed reformer class is a mixture of Reformer 1 and Reformer 2. 

This class is suitable for all levels, being provided with a base level in the exercise with the opportunity to make it harder to create the intensity of a Reformer 2.

Stretch

Come and enjoy 50 minutes of stretching on our Reformer machine. The resistance on the reformer adds a little extra pull, it almost feels like someone else is stretching you! The dynamic nature of the reformer also helps stretch those hard to get muscles.

Come and listen to some funky, laid back music and stretch out your body from head to toe. Our go to areas: hip flexors, hamstrings and upper back/shoulders

Pre & Post Natal

Our Pre and Post natal classes are specifically focused on the development of strength in a gentle and tailored fashion. We cap our pre and post natal classes at 4 people max so that it is an intimate class meaning its tailored to the stage you are at. We promote whole body strength, with a strong focus on the correct spinal alignment and deep abdominal + pelvic floor connection. We ask if you are postnatal you attend one of these classes before progressing to any other class.

Mums & Bubs

These classes are a similar level to our Reformer 1 classes. They are a beginner-intermediate level class designed to build strength and endurance. There is a specific stretching component devoted to commonly tight areas experienced by mums. There is a focus on pelvic floor and deep abdominal strength as well as developing groundwork for you to be able to move into other classes.These classes are on the Reformers and bubs age limit is <6months 

Child Friendly
 

These classes are a combination of Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre. They are a beginner-intermediate level class designed to build strength and endurance. There is a specific stretching component devoted to commonly tight areas experienced by mums. There is a focus on pelvic floor and deep abdominal strength as well as developing groundwork for you to be able to move into other classes.These classes are in the Mathwork studio and there is no age limit for bubs/children.

This class is $10pp and only 40 minutes long.

D E P O T

Barre

 

Barre is a ballet inspired high intensity workout suitable for all fitness levels. Our classes will improve posture, increase flexibility and lengthen muscles all whilst targeting every muscle group whilst getting the heart rate up. The classes are 50 minutes of hard work, good music and good fun. 

Mat Pilates

Matwork Pilates is like a “technique masterclass" you only have our body to focus on! Breath, core control and alignment. 
The flow between exercises is easy, we flow from a) to b) in a silky smooth manner which will help to keep your work rate up. We focus on both elements of the muscle contraction phase (shortening and lengthening) which means building resilience in muscles in a variety of positions. These classes are appropriate for beginner- advanced levels.

Yoga

Our classes are a vinyasa flow which consists of pranayama (breathe work) along with the physical asana (practice of yoga) to stimulate the flow of energy.

Our classes assist you in gaining the many physical benefits of yoga such as strength, flexibility and balance whilst also creating peace of mind and spirit. 

 

Hiit

 

Our high intensity interval classes are 50 minute high intensity, muscle fatiguing, calorie burnin' workout. There will be a series of exercises to make sure you work your whole body. Our favourites are abs and glutes!
