1/2 hour workouts that can be done in your own home with minimal equipment! We will provide equipment substitutes (e.g. a towel in place for a Chi Ball) for those of you who don't have the relevant equipment!
DEPOT FROM HOME
30 minute Barre workout with Sarah! Focuses: Full body + Cardio. For this workout you will only need a Mat, Chair/ Bench countertop for balance (could be creative and use a lounge too!) + Set of dumbbells which can be substituted for either a 1L water bottle, can of veg or bag of rice! Make it up if need be- anything that weighs 1+ KG is perfect!
