Introducing Candice,  

Health & Fitness is a huge  part of Candice's life, having grown up with her family running a gym in Strathalbyn.


Candice has degrees in both Human Movement/ Exercise and Sport Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy both from the University of South Australia. Candice has also studied both Reformer and Mat Pilates courses plus Womens Health and Pregnancy for Pilates courses. 

She loves working with people from all walks of life and being able to help people stay active. 


Her personal favourite is the Reformer for the way it either helps to assist a movement if needed or make it harder because of its versitility

You can expect a well rounded, whole body workout focusing specifically on correct techniques and developing the body uniformly in Candice's class!
