Louise has her Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Personal Training, Pilates Qualifications, and 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification. Louise worked as a Personal Trainer for a few years doing both individual and group training classes. However, noticing that as fun as heavy lifting, and intense sessions are, this method of instruction wasn’t for her. After participating in Pilates and Yoga for over 6 years it seemed clear to follow this direction of teaching. Being something, she is passionate about. Louise became aware that these modalities encourage a mind/body connection that not many forms of exercise offer. Allowing those who participate to move consciously within their bodies all whilst gaining strength, flexibility and stability. You can expect a well thought out, unique, mindful yet somehow super bloody hard class from Louise!
